Acceptable use policy
1. What the trial is for
The Prototype Builder trial is for a company's people to work out a software product: describing it, seeing it as a prototype, and generating its requirements. Use it for that. This policy is part of our terms of use and applies to every person in a company's account.
2. What you must not do
- Break the law or help anyone else break it, including laws on privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection and export control.
- Upload other people's personal data, real customer data, or confidential information you are not allowed to share. Use fictitious data in prototypes.
- Attack or probe the trial: scanning, load testing, trying to reach other companies' or other people's work, our systems or our providers' systems, or trying to extract credentials, keys or the instructions given to the AI.
- Get around the trial's limits: its quotas, its rate limits, its human-verification check, its invitations — for example by asking for several trials for the same company, creating several accounts or sharing an invitation.
- Use the AI for anything other than prototyping your product, such as a general-purpose assistant, generating content at scale, or building tools to do any of the above.
- Create harmful content: content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or that impersonates someone; malware or phishing pages; or anything designed to cause harm.
- Use the trial to build a competing service or to copy or resell it.
3. Our AI model provider's rules
What you write is processed by our AI model provider, whose own usage policy also applies (currently Anthropic's Usage Policy).
4. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, limit or suspend your access, end your invitation and, where the law requires or allows, report the matter to the authorities. We will tell you why unless the law or the security of the trial prevents it.
5. Reporting
If you see something that breaks this policy, or a security problem, write to contact@beeverforge.com. Please do not test a suspected vulnerability further: tell us, and we will deal with it.
