Prototype Builder · Free trial for companies

See your idea before it is built.

Describe what you need in a conversation. A clickable prototype appears beside it and changes with every answer, while the builder writes down the requirements a team needs to build the real product.

A requirements generator, not a site builder

A prototype to see. Requirements to build.

The prototype is how you see the idea and correct it quickly; it runs in your browser on simulated data and is never the product. What BeeverForge takes to production are the requirements written alongside it. When you hand them over, our portfolio manager reads them against what already exists, BeeverForge provisions the environment, and we come back to you with a proposal. Nothing you prototype is published as a website or connected to your systems.

How the trial works

From the waitlist to a proposal.

The trial opens to a few companies at a time, so each of them has the attention and the capacity the work needs.

  1. 01

    Join the waitlist

    Two minutes

Tell us your company, the address it would like, who you are and what you want to prototype, then confirm your e-mail from the message we send.

  2. 02

    Your company’s space opens

A few companies at a time

We review the request and, once it is approved, set up your company’s own space at its own address — for example acme.beeverforge.com — with its own Prototype Builder. You sign in as its admin with your email address and a password, or with GitHub.

  3. 03

    Invite your colleagues

    You run the account

Invite the colleagues who should take part. Each person makes one prototype, about one product, and everyone works within your company’s quota for fifteen days.

  4. 04

    Prototype and refine

    Free within a quota

Talk about what you need and click through the prototype as it changes. When your company reaches its quota, the builder tells you when you can continue.

  5. 05

    Generate the requirements

    In your language

When the prototype shows what you mean, generate the requirements. Download them, share the prototype with your colleagues, or keep refining.

  6. 06

Go to production, if you want

    No obligation

Hand the requirements to BeeverForge. Our portfolio manager reads them, we provision the environment, and we come back to you with a proposal.

After the fifteen days, your company can continue on the Business plan: the same account, at the same address, with its data. If it does not, its people can still sign in to read and download what they made.

Plainly

What the trial is, and what it is not.

A trial should not promise more than it gives. This is what fifteen days with the Prototype Builder include.

The trial includes

  • Your company’s own space at its own address, with its own Prototype Builder
  • A clickable prototype on simulated data, with the roles of your product to switch between
  • The requirements: capabilities, decisions, rules, open questions and a glossary, in your language
  • Your own documents as material for the conversation: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, text and images
  • Inviting your colleagues and sharing prototypes with them
  • A download of the requirements package, yours to keep

The trial does not

  • Build, host or publish your real product
  • Connect to your systems or use your real data: prototypes run on fictitious data
  • Keep your work indefinitely: unless your company continues on Business, prototypes are deleted after the retention period
  • Commit you or BeeverForge to a project: going to production is a separate conversation

Your data

Used for the trial, and nothing else.

What you write and upload is used only to run the trial: it is sent to our AI model provider to build the prototype and the requirements, and we do not sell it or use it to train models. Prototypes and requirements are deleted ninety days after the last activity in your company’s account, unless it continues on Business, and you can delete everything sooner from your account page. Please use fictitious data and do not upload confidential material or other people’s personal data.

Ask for your company’s trial.

We approve a few companies at a time. Each trial lasts fifteen days and is free within the company’s quota. Once it is approved, you run the account and invite your colleagues.

Frequently asked questions

Before you join.

Who can ask for the trial?

A company. A person asks for it on the company’s behalf; BeeverForge reviews each request and, when it approves one, opens the company’s own space with its own Prototype Builder. The person who asked becomes the account’s admin.

Is the trial free?

Yes, within your company’s quota, for the fifteen days of the trial. No card is asked for.

Can my colleagues take part?

Yes. The account’s admin invites them; each of them signs in with their email address and a password, or with GitHub, and accepts the terms. Everyone works in your company’s space, within its quota.

What happens when we reach the quota?

The builder tells you when you can continue. Each company’s trial has its own quota, so every company in the trial gets a fair share of the capacity.

Can I make more than one prototype?

One per person in your company’s account, about one product. It can change as much as the quota allows — screens, rules, data, look — but it stays that product: a request for a different product is declined. Your colleagues each make their own. When it is ready, generate its requirements.

Which address will our space have?

The one you ask for, followed by .beeverforge.com — for example acme.beeverforge.com. It is a wish: BeeverForge may change it when it sets up the space, and some names are reserved.

What happens after the fifteen days?

Your company can continue on the Business plan: the same account, at the same address, with its data. If it does not, its people can still sign in to read and download their prototypes and requirements until they are deleted.

Is the prototype my product?

No. It is a way to see the idea and correct it on simulated data. The requirements are what a team builds the real product from: BeeverForge’s, if you choose to go to production with us, or your own.

Who can see my prototypes?

You, and the colleagues you share them with. BeeverForge reads your requirements only when you hand them over. Our AI model provider processes what you write in order to build the prototype.

Can I bring my own documents?

Yes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, text and images, as material for the conversation. During the trial, do not upload confidential documents or other people’s personal data.

What does going to production involve?

You hand the requirements to BeeverForge. Our portfolio manager reads them, BeeverForge provisions the environment, and we come back to you with a proposal. There is no obligation, and nothing is built without your agreement.
